Sunset Beach, Spring Break 2009
Taylor Ann 13 1/2, Weston 11 1/2, Dallin 9, Ashlyn almost 7, Landon 18 mos.
The girls over looking Sunset Beach.

The boys!

Landon took a pretty hard fall off of the scooter. He was a champ. After he got a band-aid, he hopped right back on. I'm sure he'll have plenty more bumps and bruises as he continues on through life.

We celebrated Dallin's 9th birthday on our vacation. Taylor Ann made that adorable "happy birthday" sign while we were on our trip. She's as creative as her mother! Ha Ha Look at Weston, he got fried the 2nd day of our trip. He was truly miserable for several days.

Sea Cliff

Some friends from Turlock came and met us at Sea Cliff Beach. We played "pickle", the kids enjoyed the chilly water and we enjoyed their company.
Ashlyn almost 7

Zachary, Dallin and Weston

My friend took this picture of Dallin. She
said he looked like an Old Navy model. Don't
let that get to your head Dallin- Cute Boy!

Aubrey and Taylor Ann

Taylor Ann looks so proud of her catch,
maybe she needs some eye glasses!

Landon 19 mos. and Dallin 9, playing in the waves. Ladon was a little reluctant to walk in the water, especially after one wave knocked him over. He also liked throwing rocks with his brothers.

Our Friends Finally Came to Visit!

Our friends, the Jones Family, came to visit for the weekend from Nevada. We had such a great time staying up late and catching up. We wish they would move back :)

Our Front Yard Is Complete!

After many hours of pulling roots, digging trenches for the sprinklers, moving dirt, planting new plants, pouring cement, laying sod and extending our fence, our (my) front yard renovation is complete. It truly was a labor of love. I am so excited to have a new front yard. Below is a picture of our yard, half way through stump grinding out the roots and trees.

Our sweet Ashlyn was so excited about her Dad coming to her class this last week to bring his puppet "Floppy". Floppy has visited her previous classes in Kindergarten and preschool. Floppy is this silly dog puppet that talks with a lisp, and is shy when the kids get too loud. It appeared to Trent that Ashlyn was so excited to see him in her classroom. Mrs. Williamson, her teacher, asked her to introduce the visitor. Ashlyn immediately began to introduce the puppet, "This is Floppy, he does not like loud noises, etc..." She finished telling all about the puppet and was done introducing. Mrs. Williamson, prompted her to introduce her Dad as well. She proceeded to say, "Oh, that's the Bishop". Trent quickly added, "You can call me Mr. Tilby".

St. Patrick's Day

The sneaky Leprechaun made a visit to our home for St. Patrick's Day. He turned our milk, sour cream, ranch dressing and eggs green. Do you like Green Eggs? Landon does!!!! Landon is 18 months old- and growing!

Happy Easter

Today is the last day of school before Spring vacation. I love to have my children home with me. Landon is especially excited, he misses his brothers and sisters during the day. We have a vacation planned for the coast, and it appears we should have great weather. We got these tulips from some friends a couple of years ago. They signal to us Spring in here. Happy Easter.
